![]() ![]() I added a piece of chipboard to the back and the front of the album base along with patterned paper from the Back 2 School line. So I ended up with one fan folded cardstock piece on the right and one fan folded cardstock piece on the left. To create the pockets of my album I added 5 pieces of cardstock (8” x 6”) to every other fold. I then fan folded the cardstock pieces at each score line. To create the base of my album, I cut two 8” x 10” pieces of cardstock and scored each piece at 1” increments. I everyone! I have a school themed accordion mini album to share with you today. I then added chipboard stickers from the Back 2 School line on top of a punched scallop oval. To create the base of the calendar holder, I covered the front of a binder clip with paper and inked the edges. I then added bling and flowers to the front of the coaster. I only applied adhesive to the top and sides of the bottom mat so that the binder clip could slip underneath the cardstock and hold the coaster. I then printed a calendar off of the internet, double matted the pages and attached the calendar with Brads. I wrapped Ribbon around the top of the coaster and tied it in a knot at the front. I inked the edge of the paper with Red Hot PowderPuff Chalking Ink. To create the calendar base, I covered a 4x4 coaster with paper from the Back 2 School paperline. I have another fun teacher’s gift to share with you today! This time, I created a mini calendar using a binder clip and coaster! Midnight Confessions PowderPuff Chalking Ink The inserts can be used for more photos or journaling: The openings of the 3 bags became pockets that hold inserts. ![]() I used brads to attach several of the vellum quotes and I inked all of my papers with Midnight Confessions PowderPuff Chalking Ink: I added several vellum sentiments from an Itty Bitty Vellum Box set: I created a pocket on one of the pages to hold a tag: I used punches to created decorative borders to some of the papers: I then started decorating the inside pages: The front cover of the album was created using a vellum quote from the Family Quote Bundle. To secure the pages, I threaded Ribbon through the holes. I then used my Crop-a-dile to punch holes through the binding of all three bags. ![]() I created the binding with a strip of cardstock that I wrapped around the front and back. I then covered the front and back of the album with paper from the Beautiful Life Collection. I started by folding 3 paper bags in half and alternating the direction of the bag openings: I created the album using 3 paper bags, paper, ribbons and some embellishments. Hi mini album fans!
